[bdNOG-EC] bdNOG8 Registration process

Dear All,

There is an issue with promo code discount in our rego system.

To make things simple please follow below process:

1. Advise all participants to register as standard participant with full
price (Either Full passport or Conference only or with accommodation
option).

2. Then simply ask them if the have subscribed to bdNOG mailing list.

3. If they say yes then simply ask them to deposit discounted rego fee to
bdNOG bank account and email the deposit receipt to 
bdnog8_rego at bdnog.org.

Here is bdNOG bank detail:

Bank Name: The City Bank Limited.

4. For ISPAB member discount just refer them to Bijoy to validate the
membership. If they are from ISPAB member Bijoy can collect the cash.
