Dear Concern,

                         As-salamu alaykum and greetings from BTRC. With reference to the subject, I am directed to inform you that a Meeting/ Workshop Notice has been Scheduled as follows.

The Meeting/ Workshop Schedule as follows:

Date: 27th November 2018, Tuesday.

Time: 10:30 a.m.

Venue: Room # 711, 7th Floor, BTRC Office

The meeting/ workshop will discuss the "Migration Strategy from internet protocol version four (IPv4) to internet protocol version (IPv6)". The meeting/ workshop will be chaired by the Hon'ble Commissioner, Engineering and Operation Division (E&O), BTRC.

In the circumstances, concerned Officer from all related office are requested to attend the above meeting/ workshop as per the schedule. I am sending the scan copy of the notice your convenience. Another copy has been sent by E-nothi system. Hard-copy has also been posted.
