Regarding upcoming bdNOG11 a primary discussion was held in Amber IT Board Room on September 7, 2019</div><div><br></div><div>Summary of discussion given below.</div><div><br></div><div>1. Proposed date:</div><div>November 8-12, 2019 (5 days in total)</div><div>EC members are requested to propose any other suitable date (if any)</div><div><br></div><div>2. Venue:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Biplob Bhai proposed any suitable venue around Gulshan area.</div><div>Suman Bhai proposed that, any public/private universities can be chosen as bdNOG11 venue and he talked to Ehsan Bhai regarding this, Ehsan Bhai informed that IUB can be a good option and he will let us know about the feasibility by next couple of days.</div><div>Biplob Bhai talked to Mr. Nadir Bin Ali of Daffodil, Mr. Nadir will also let us know the feasibility by next couple of days.</div><div><br></div><div>3. Workshop Track: Two workshop tracks need to be selected</div><div>Suman Bhai proposed "IP Telephony" track as this has not been conducted in very recent events. He talked to Sujon Bhai of BDCOM. Sujon Bhai showed his interest.</div><div>Workshop track to be finalized by EC members by next couple of days.</div><div><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">4. Tutorial Week:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Suman Bhai proposed a full day as tutorial week as this was discussed previously in bdNOG10 PC meetings. In that case workshop week will be for three days only. EC members are requested to put their comments regarding this.</div><div><br></div><div>5. Registration Form:</div><div>Suman Bhai will create a registration form "www.bdnog.org/registration" from where a feedback e-mail can be automatically generated to registrants.</div><div><br></div><div>6. Trainer from APNIC</div><div>An official e-mail will be sent to APNIC from bdNOG secretariat requesting them to send any suitable trainer from APNIC training team. EC members those who are attending APNIC50 right now can also approach with suitable APNIC stuffs regarding this and requested to give a quick update in bdNOG EC Skype group.</div><div><br></div><div>7. Sponsor and Budget</div><div>Biplob Bhai will handle these and will discuss with bdNOG Treasurer and ISPAB</div><div><br></div><div>8. CFP</div><div>PC Chair Gz Kabir Bhai is requested to take care the issue.</div><div><br></div><div>9.
