[bdNOG] BDIX Routes

To add with Reyad Bhai, it's ideal to announce exact same prefix via
Internet and IX. Most of the cases ISP announce aggregated prefix via IX
and more specific prefix via Internet. ISP taking full feed from
Internet; cause them to have those traffic via internet.
