Google is sponsoring bdNOG in May and I am looking forward to attending.

Firstly, I'd like to remind any GGC Partners on this list that their
contractual obligations of confidentiality extend to private - as well as
public - discussions!

Google uses a number of signals to determine where best to serve it content
to the user - but the overall aim is to server it with as low latency and
high quality as possible.  We do not disclose the details of how we
determine this.
