[bdNOG] Problem accessing www.bb.org.bd.

The hostname resolves to a BTCL IP but the site seems to be fine through Mango route from Qubee.

But it seems other Mango users are facing the same problem.

Routing or Bandwidth issue!?!?

Could anyone point me to the BB concerned?
