finalized as follows:

2. Workshop:    Date    : April 27 - 30, 2019
                         Track 1 : IPv6 Deployment
                         Track 2 : IP Muticast & VPLS
                         Venue   : Hotel Shaikat, Chittagong.

limited to a maximum of 30 participants.
