bdNOG14 Conference & Tutorials
27th June - 1st July, 2022
Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh


Bangladesh Network Operators Group (bdNOG) is seeking contribution for
conference presentations and tutorials for bdNOG14 Conference on Internet
Operational Technologies.

The bdNOG14 Conference program is organised in two parts, including
conference and tutorials. Following conference sessions are open for CfP:

- Operational Network, Global Perspective
- Operational Network, Bangladesh Perspective (Priority will be given to
local speaker)
- Academic / Operational Research
- Best Current Operational Practice (BCOP) for Internet Operational Network


- Network Architect/Engineers, Network/System Administrator
- ISP/Telco/Bank/Enterprise IT Infrastructure Manager/Planning Professionals
- Academic Researcher, University Student
- Broader technical community, key decision makers CEO/CTO and government


Call for Papers Opens:          20 May 2022
First Draft Program Published:  15 June 2022
Final Deadline for Submissions: 20 June 2022
Final Slides Received :         20 June 2022
Final Program Published:        25 June 2022


Topics for the conference must be relevant to following Internet

Operations and Technologies:

- IP Core Network Routing, Switching and operations
- IPv6 deployment and transition technologies
- Access and Transport network including 3G/LTE, WiMax, FTTx/GPON, STM,
MPLS etc.
- Wi-Fi and SP Wi-Fi Technologies
- Content & Service Delivery (Multicast, Voice, Video, "telepresence",
Gaming) and Cloud Computing
- DNS / DNSSEC, Mail, WWW etc
- Network security issues (NSP-SEC, DDoS, Anti-Spam, Anti-Malware)
- Firewall and Network Security BCPs.
- Internet policy (Security, Regulation, Content Management, Addressing, etc)
- IXPs and Peering
- Research on Internet Operations and Deployment
- Academic Research on Internet Technologies
- IP Telephony and Voice
- Internet Operation and application in Bangladesh Perspective
- ISP and Telco backbone network operation


Draft slides for both tutorials and conference sessions MUST be provided
with CfP submissions otherwise the Program Committee will be unable to
review the submission. For work in progress, the most current information
available at time of submission is acceptable.

Final slides are to be provided by the specified deadline for publication
on the bdNOG website.

The PC will retain a limited number of slots up to the final submission
deadline for presentations that are exceptionally timely, important, or of
critical operational importance.
