[bdNOG-EC] Proposal of new bdNOG project (Accident Investigation Team)

bdNOG secretariat received the following communication from Maz (IIJ).

> *I would like to propose a new project for bdNOG. I presented at*
> *bdNOG12 a talk about collecting and analyzing failure cases to improve*
> *operations, and I would like to make this an activity of bdNOG as*
> *follows.*

> * - Form a team with volunteers from bdNOG community*
> * - Solicit and collect accident cases from bdNOG community*
> * - Conduct analysis and derive insights that lead to operational*
> *   improvements** - Share the study with bdNOG community*

> *Objective:*
> * - Accumulate accidents cases*
> * - Help with case studies*
> * - Find insights to improve operations and** - Help to prevent the
> recurrence of the accidents*

> *This project might be considered as one of "Operational Research"*
> *activity of bdNOG, and the team would be a new working group under*
> *bdNOG.  I am considering an activity period of about 6 months until**the
> first report.*

Maybe we can start with a small working group and see the progress? Anyone
from EC interested to join? Anyone else we can know might be interested to
join the team?
