[bdNOG] APRICOT 2014 Workshops are now open

Hi Nurul,

Fellowships are closed a while ago. Selected fellows list will be 
published soon and individually contacted with an offer letter.

The below announcement is for workshop applications and no monetary 
support will be provided if the application is accepted.
