[bdNOG] Call Center Voice quality improve in public internet and call center security

Other annoying factors are DoS/DDos and left-over configurations (i.e. 
termination end is configured to discontinue receiving calls from 
particular origination devices but origination devices keep sending 
calls due to unchanged configuration). In such cases Firewalls at 
termination end do not help much unless there is enough bandwidth and 
CPU power.
