[bdNOG] BIG FAT Pipe with INDIA - or - GOOD Transit Providers - or - Something else

Really.  If Akamai already has presence in Bangladesh then we need to think
about how everybody could take benefit from Akamai content. As per I know
if some AS do not have enough Akamai content requirement ( 500 Mbps) then
that AS cannot qualify for Akamai partner program. So may be collectively
we have to think about Akamai. Yes best place may be to put it in the BDIX
or any common place.
