[bdNOG] BDIX maintenance and IPTSP issue

FYI, BDIX maintenance notice. Just wondering what is the backup plan of IPTSP? Does IIG will allow SIP during this period? Otherwise How can I connect to my IPTSP provider if I am not using there link? How IPTSP route there call to other IPTSP?

We are planning to do a transmission and hardware upgradation and regular maintenance of Bangladesh Internet Exchange (BDIX).
This will occur during 25 September, 2014 (Thursday) from 6pm to 27 September, 2014 6pm. The estimated time for the maintenance operation is 48 hours though we will try to minimize the duration of the downtime. 
During this period all transmission through BDIX will remain down till the completion of work and all traffic will be routed through your Internet upstream. As soon as the link is up we will let you inform.
