Better: announce the entire block (e.g. /22) to *both* providers, whilst 
also announcing more specifics as required for traffic engineering.

That way, you will still have full redundancy in case one of your links 
fails. Remember that some areas of the Internet may be filtering your 
routes and will ignore the specifics.
