[bdNOG] .gov.bd domains are not resolved by 8.8.8.8

No worries. Even I made same wrong judgement in past and someone corrected
me. :)

So bd. fails for me directly when trying with 8.8.8.8. It does works for me
when trying from OpenDNS. So feels like Google's IPs are blocked.
