There's the irony. We have BTCL peering too. Still the site is too slow. Only when using Qubee, the site loads fast. Anyone from Qubee here?

Same here. We face this issue quite frequently. Spoke with Bangladesh Bank but they seem to state that all ISP is availing proper services except us. There is probably some kind of routing issues in between MANGO/BTCL/BSCCL and others in BD.
