[bdNOG] Reverse delegation problem with 144/8 prefixes

Additionally, this
<http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv4-address-space/ipv4-address-space.xhtml>
suggests that 144/8 is administered by ARIN so what we are getting could be
perfectly normal if that network which has 144.48.0.0/24 has not asked for
delegation of zone to them.

In past I always saw such zones pointed towards ARIN. Unsure of policy - if
pools are transferred then reverse zone management for /8 stays with
original RIR or goes to new RIR.

Thanks.
