Dear Mr Mahmood,
You need to be in MST mode to get the full 4000 by what it shows in doc below
3 507 VLANs in PVRST mode. 512 VLANs in RPVST mode where 507 are user-defined VLANs, and 4,000 VLANs in MST mode
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus3000/sw/configuration_limits/503_u2_2/b_Nexus3K_Configuration_Limits_for_Cisco_NXOS_Release_503_u2_2.html
Hope it helps
Regards,
Farhad

Hi,
We are Using cisco Nexus 3064 Chassis.
This swich can't permit to create VLAN more than 507. When we go to create more than 507 vlan, it shows " ERROR: No VLAN resource available for VLAN creation". Same version another switch shows " ERROR: VLAN creation failed : Maximum vlan limit reached for RSTP mode"
System version : version 6.0(2)U6(8) of our all switches.
Could anybody help me how to overcome this limitation?
Thanks
Mahmud
