I am writing on behalf of The Carpentries, a non-profit based in
California, USA.

We are looking for quotations from captioning companies. If possible,
please quote prices that vary based on different delivery time-frame, audio
language, available output options, your suggestions, alternative pricing /
packages, etc.

Source: Pre-recorded YouTube video or Zoom meetings
Number of videos: around 30-40
Video Duration: Approximately 35-45 hours in total
Audio Languages: Mostly English, few Spanish

Caption Language:
English Audio -> English Caption
Spanish Audio -> Spanish Caption
