APNIC Regional Meeting at bdNOG (23-24 May 2014)<br>

Dear APNIC Members,<br>

APNIC is pleased to invite our Members in Bangladesh and the nearby <br>
region to the third APNIC Regional Meeting (ARM 3), which will be held <br>
from 23 - 24 May 2014. The meeting will be held in conjunction with <br>
bdNOG's inaugural conference in Dhaka, Bangladesh.<br>
<br>
ARM 3 is open to all current and prospective APNIC Members, and is free <br>
of charge.</p>

<p>Distinguished regional and local speakers have been invited to share <br>
their thoughts on various hot topics affecting the Internet industry <br>
during ARM 3.<br>

APNIC will give updates on activities and services available to Members <br>
and the wider community in Bangladesh and surrounding region. At the end <br>
of the meeting, APNIC will also host a reception to provide an <br>
opportunity for Members to network and socialize.<br>

<h3>About APNIC Regional Meetings (ARM)</h3>
<p>ARM is an APNIC initiative to bring together APNIC Members, key players <br>
in the local Internet industry, and APNIC staff.<br>
<br>
Regional Meetings are an opportunity for community members to share <br>
issues that affect Internet industry organizations in a particular <br>
economy or surrounding region. We also hope APNIC Members will join us <br>
at these events and share their feedback about how APNIC services and <br>
activities could be improved.<br>
<br>
APNIC staff will give updates on services and upcoming activities <br>
available to Members and the wider community in the localized region at <br>
each event. Every event will also include a policy update and <br>
information about how to participate in the APNIC Policy Development <br>
Process. At the end of the meeting, APNIC will host a reception to <br>
provide an opportunity for Members to network and socialize.<br>
<br>
Where possible, APNIC ARMs will include an exclusive session for APNIC <br>
Members following the meeting to give Members a chance to talk to APNIC <br>
staff about their specific issues.<br>
